AfterSchool Activities
Throughout the school year we offer a variety of after-school activities that take place on school grounds. Advanced registration is required and all activities are optional. Activity fees are paid through your FACTS Management account.
Paul Effman Music offers Band every Monday from October through June. Registration takes place in September after a presentation from a group of musicians from Effman Music. For more details on their program, visit their website.
St. Mary’s competes in the Diocese of Bridgeport St. Sebastian Basketball League. The season runs from late September until mid-March. Tryouts are held annually for girls and boys in grades 5-8 in late September. Students in grades 5 & 6 play on the Junior Varsity team, and those in 7th & 8th grade play on the Varsity. Games are played against other Parochial School teams in Diocese of Bridgeport. The season culminates in a Championship Tournament typically in mid-March. To participate, all students must have an updated and current physical on file with the school nurse.
