BOYS (Gr 1 - 8): Summer Uniform/Traditional Uniform
From the Opening Day of School through the Friday before Columbus Day weekend (refer to annual school calendar) and again from mid-May until the last day of school, a student may choose to wear the Summer uniform. If a student does not choose to wear the Summer Uniform during this time frame, they must wear the Traditional School Uniform.
The Summer Uniform is:
- Khaki, knee length shorts (no navy shorts or any other color permitted).
CARGO shorts (with pockets) are NOT permitted. Bermuda style shorts as illustrated here are the only option:


- Lands End polo, navy or light blue WITH school emblem
- Dark socks
- Leather shoes (no sneakers)
The Traditional School Uniform will be worn from the Tuesday following Columbus Day weekend,
until a date announced by the school in mid-May.
Traditional School Uniform is:
- Land’s End long khaki pants
- A navy or light blue Lands End polo, long or short sleeve, WITH school emblem
- Navy St. Mary School logo fleece or ¼ zip
NO HOODED SWEATSHIRTS ARE PERMITTED
No hooded sweatshirts; no black, gray or other sweatshirts or sweaters.
Only navy blue St. Mary School emblemed fleece, sweatshirts or sweaters permitted.
Acceptable shoe types: (boots are not acceptable)







Uniform Violations:
- Students who are not in approved uniform will be given one verbal warning.
- A second offense will result in the parent being notified via email/letter home.
- A third offense will result in the parent being called and required to bring to school the accepted uniform item.
