Hot Lunch Ordering
Pizza (from Capri Pizza in Bethel) and Hot Lunch are offered at St. Mary School. Orders are placed one month at a time and must be placed online (see below) with the option to pay via credit card, check or cash. You will need to order for the entire month at once. An email is sent each month indicating the dates that the following month’s menus will be available.
Ordering is always open for a minimum of one week for the following month. Late orders are NOT able to be accepted, so please make note of the opening and closing dates for ordering each month. (September ordering will open in August and you will be notified via email that ordering is open)
TO USE HOTLUNCH.COM:
In the new school year, you will log in to Hotlunch.com and register for an account so you can order lunch for your student(s). After you activate your account, you will need a school code to add your children. Our school code is SMS2122. With your first order, you will be charged a one-time, per family set up fee. The one time setup fee will allow us to waive monthly transaction fees when you order each month. NOTE: If you are ordering for more than one student for the first time of the school year, place an order for ONE child only and complete the transaction. Once completed you should place your subsequent children's orders. This will avoid you being charged the one-time family fee multiple times.
Once registered you can download and use Hotlunch.com’s iOS App. When asked to enter your domain, the domain you need to enter is smshotlunch.
When you have logged in, if you have any questions or need assistance, click on the Software Support option on the bottom left of your navigation panel.
Please note once you have created an account and logged in, there is an option on the main page to view the menus in either English or Spanish.
*** If you are paying by cash or check:
- You must COMPLETE the checkout process!
- You must send payment in to school within 24 hours of placing your order, in an envelope marked HOT LUNCH payment.
