For Parents

Parents and families are an integral part of the Saint Mary family.  We strive to make our school community a place not just for students to thrive, but a place where adult friendships are forged, opportunities are presented, and relationships amongst families grow and flourish.

Parent volunteers are not only encouraged, but are relied upon.  All adults (staff, volunteers, vendors) are required to complete Safe Environment Training (VIRTUS) with the Diocese of Bridgeport before being allowed to participate in school activities (chaperones, classroom readers, lunch parents, coaches, etc.).  There are both virtual and in-person training opportunities throughout the year, and once completed, certification is valid for 5-years.  More information and registration can be found under the Volunteering tab.
