Fundraising
Fundraising plays a vital role in maintaining the programs, resources, and educational excellence that sets St. Mary School apart from others. In an effort to streamline our fundraising efforts, reduce the number of events throughout the year, and provide a consistent source of support for our school we have established The 10 Month Club.
Participation in The 10 Month Club is mandatory, as this is a simplified, effective, and exciting way to help raise critical funds through just one major campaign.
- Each family will receive a packet of 15 raffle tickets before the last day of school (June 2025)
- Each raffle ticket costs $20, totaling $300 per packet.
- Families will be responsible for selling all 15 tickets over the summer.
- Each family MUST submit the ticket stubs and payment to the school by Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
- Families will be charged via their FACTS account for any unsold tickets not received by September 10th.
- Beginning in September, we will hold monthly raffle drawings—one each month for 10 months.
- Each month’s winning ticket will receive a $300 cash prize.
The 10 Month Club allows us to:
- Eliminate outdated and labor-intensive fundraisers
- Reduce the time and effort required from our families throughout the school year
- Significantly boost the financial vitality of St. Mary School
- Continue to offer excellent programs and enriching experiences for our students.
