Tuition and Fees Agreement
With a student’s attendance at St. Mary School, the responsible parent and/or legal guardian, agrees to the following terms and conditions:
• I understand and agree that I am unconditionally responsible for paying the student’s School account (the “Student Account”) for the full academic year. Tuition payments are processed through FACTS Tuition Management Company. I understand that I must sign a contract with FACTS authorizing payment and agree to make payments in accordance with the selected payment plan.
• Tuition and fees are set forth on the Tuition Information page on the school website: www.stmarybethelct.org.
• The annual registration fee is non-refundable.
• I agree to pay any incurred incidental fees (Before & After Care charges, field trips, etc) within thirty days of billing date.
• All unpaid tuition and fees must be paid in full before student may begin a new school year. St. Mary School reserves the right to withhold report cards for unpaid fees or Tuition.
• All accounts must be current before records and transcripts will be released or transferred to other schools.
