Before/AfterCare
Please note that AfterSchool Club will not be offered on the following dates:

* Additional dates may arise due to school events not yet scheduled (i.e. Christmas Concert). Ample notice will be provided to changes in the Club schedule.
In an effort to help families during the school year, we offer Before and After Care ("Club") for our students under the supervision of St. Mary teachers and staff. All charges, including a one-time family registration fee of $30, are billed monthly via your FACTS Tuition Management account.
Before Care is offered daily from 7:10am - 8:50am for Pre-K students only. Children can be dropped off anytime during this time frame, and it can be used on a daily basis or as needed. Cost is $15 per day. (Note: in the event of a delayed opening due to weather, Before Care is not available).
After Care is also offered daily from dismissal (2:00pm regular days, 11:15am early dismissal days) until 5:30pm. "Club", as it is referred to, can be used on a regular schedule or as needed.
After Care rates:
$15/hour for 1 student
+ $5/hour for second student
+$4/hour for third student
**Late fee of $20 per 15 minutes after 5:30pm
First day of AfterCare (Club) for K-8 will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025
First day of both BeforeCare and AfterCare for PreK will be Monday, September 8, 2025
