Admissions Process

Step 1:
Visit us! You may request a tour by completing an inquiry form, or by contacting our Director of Enrollment, Geraldine Henn, at Admissions@stmarybethelct.org or by calling 203-744-2922.

Step 2:
The process of applying begins when you set up an account on our Admissions Portal:

Step 3:
Once the application has been received, it will be reviewed to determine whether the program at St. Mary School will meet the educational needs of your student. 

  • Applicants for Grade 1 and higher move on to Shadow Day. Students will spend the day with their current grade level meeting teachers and students, and taking an assessment. 
  • Students applying for Kindergarten will be contacted to take a 20 minute assessment administered by our Kindergarten Readiness Team. 
  • There is no assessment for PreK students.

Step 4:
Once your student is accepted, you move onto the final step - Enrollment. 

  • Via the Admissions Portal, you will complete additional information, provide current medical information, choose your tuition payment plan and pay a non-refundable $225 enrollment fee (new family), $175 (current family).
